Our in-house wedding planner, Katie, guides couples through the planning details, coordinates vendors and manages the logistics, so you can relax and enjoy your weekend.

Want full support? Our wedding management package adds a wedding planner and a day-of coordinator for $2,900.

How It Works

to your weekend

  1. Tour the property

    Walk the ceremony deck, step inside The Gables and see the cabins.

  2. Reserve your date

    Hold your weekend with a 15% deposit, then choose a payment plan.

  3. Plan the details

    Pick vendors from our preferred list and add any extras you’d like.

  4. Enjoy your weekend

    Arrive Friday, marry Saturday and linger Sunday. We handle the rest.

  • AlcoholYou bring beer, wine or seltzer; no liquor is permitted by law. Add our bar service for a bartender and permit.
  • TentsThe 800 sq ft tent pad fits a tent up to 20′ × 40′.
  • Getting readyBridal hair & makeup room in Whitetail Lodge.
  • Guest lodgingSeven cabins sleep up to 46, all included Friday to Sunday.
  • FirewoodBundles available for $10 each for the fire pits.
